Mike Fuchs

Mr. Fuchs is in his second year as choral director at Chantilly High School where he directs the concert choir side of the choral music program. Groups under his direction include Concert Choir, Jazz Combo, Multi-Cultural Choir, Symphonic Chorale, and the Women’s Select Choir.

Mr. Fuchs graduated Summa Cum Laude from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a degree in Music Education as well as minors in History and Religion. He sang with the internationally recognized Concordia Choir for three years and was Bass Section Leader for two years. He is currently pursuing advanced musical degrees in choral conducting.

An active musician within the Washington Metro area, Mr. Fuchs sings with the highly acclaimed Master Chorale of Washington. He is also the Director of Music at Community Lutheran Church in Sterling, VA. In addition, Mr. Fuchs is an assistant freshman football coach at Chantilly High School.

Mr. Fuchs currently lives in Falls Church, VA with his new wife Jennifer who is a Family Support Worker with Northern Virginia Family Service.
